Lisa is originally from Cambridge, but is studying Illustration at university in Plymouth.
Her style conveys emotion through distorted realism. She paints aggressively about topics that are based on her fears and her emotions.
Her work is very personal but she likes to reach out to the public, to bring awareness of her, sometimes disturbing, subject matter.
In the past she has produced artwork based on drug abuse, childbirth, obesity, and anger. She believes that by studying her own fears that she will overcome them, and at the same time, communicate with an audience who can relate.
She is very much hoping to become a gallery artist, to have her work exhibited and experienced by many.
Please feel free to contact her for any enquiries about her work.
